The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond both from a revenue and team size perspective.The business is now looking to hire an ambitious Performance Creative Strategist to join the Growth team to deliver compelling paid social ads on Meta & TikTok. Candidates MUST come from a Performance Marketing / Paid Social Media background.What skills do you need to have to be considered?Candidates MUST have significant Performance Creative experience, in a Paid Media (paid social advertising) and Performance Marketing based role. You MUST have at least 2 years Performance Creative experience, ideally in-house or for an advertising agency. You MUST have experience working for or with a D2C brand, ideally within FMCG. Proven experience of developing compelling ads for Meta, Tik Tok and YouTube.
