You'll lead on the design of engaging and accessible digital content, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brands values while putting users first.Your responsibilities as the Senior Digital Designer will include:Design Creation: Producing visually compelling and user-friendly assets for digital platforms (and occasionally print), ensuring consistency and engagement across formats.Accessibility: Championing inclusive design by adhering to WCAG 2.1 and other accessibility guidelines, ensuring your work is usable by everyone.User-Centric Thinking: Conducting user research and applying insights to create designs that are clear, simple, and effective.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to build accessible experiences from the ground up.Design Systems: Contributing to and maintaining a robust, accessible design system that ensures visual consistency and efficiency.Iteration & Feedback: Creating testable design drafts, seeking input, and refining based on feedback.Brand Identity: Upholding and evolving the organisations visual identity through thoughtful, inclusive design choices.Trendspotting: Staying on top of the latest design tools and techniques, sharing your knowledge and inspiring others.What Were Looking For:This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a strong digital design background who wants to work for a values-driven organisation.
