Senior User Researcher Location: London - remote - occasional travel to London office Duration : 9 Months UMBRELLA ONLY Key Skills. At this role level, you will: ensure that teams take a user-centred, evidence-based approach to service design and delivery develop and assure good user research practice advocate for agile working adapt how you design and conduct research to respond to the complexity of the product environment understand the strategic decisions the team needs to make so you can design appropriate research influence decisions about priorities and agile processes in the team Experience operating in Agile, Product focused delivery environments is a must. Soft skills are just as important as technical skills for this role - it is critical to have the right attitude and characteristics to be successful in the role. Looking for: Strong communication and collaboration skills - critical to build good relationships and to work well with people Collaboration - needs to be a team player and work closely and well with many different people both inside and outside the team Enthusiasm and engagement - positive attitude and an active member of the team Nice to have Pro-activeness - do not expect to be told what to do - will need a level of drive and the ability to work without needing constant support Ability to handle ambiguity and change, and to be resilient when things change All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
