What Youll DoLead the planning, scheduling, and rostering of bus networks using HASTUSAnalyse operational data to optimise timetables, vehicle allocation, and driver rostersSupport tender submissions with accurate, competitive scheduling documentationCollaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align service planning with real-world needsApply advanced HASTUS functions to solve complex scheduling challengesStay ahead of industry best practices and system innovations What You BringMinimum 3 years hands on HASTUS scheduling, or in another computerised scheduling solution such as the Omni Suite or Austrics. HASTUS experience is highly preferred.Advanced skills in data import/export, rule creation, and attribute managementFamiliarity with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools (preferred)Strong communication, planning, and organisational skillsAdaptability in a fast-paced, agile environmentA proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on continuous improvement Key TraitsConfident communicator and team collaboratorDetail-oriented and highly focusedEmotionally intelligent with a strong ethical compassAchievement-driven and results-focusedCommitted to developing talent and supporting change Working EnvironmentYoull be based in London with occasional travel across the UK, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Hastus Scheduling Project Manager to standardise scheduling across 12 operating companies.
