About the Role This role provides efficient, proactive support to the Senior Management Team (SMT), sitting at the heart of operations and ensuring the leadership team can focus on driving strategic objectives while you keep the administrative wheels turning. Working closely with senior leaders and divisional teams, you'll provide essential coordination and communication support. Your contribution will directly impact the organisation's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative systems and services to its customers. What You'll Do As a key member of the SMT support team, you will: Manage diaries and inboxes for senior managers, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritisation. Coordinate UK and overseas travel in line with company policy. Arrange and support internal and external meetings, including liaising with security and third-party visitors. Prepare documents, correspondence, and presentation materials to a high standard. Submit and track expense claims, annual leave requests, and meeting actions. Provide essential out-of-office support, maintaining communication and follow-up on key matters. Support broader administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, IT requests, and bid documentation. Collaborate with other PAs to ensure continuous and seamless support across the SMT. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Proven administrative or secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all levels. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A methodical, detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivery.
