Reception Manager - New Opening High-End Italian Restaurant Up to 55,000

The Role: We are looking for an exceptional Reception Manager to join a brand-new, luxury Italian restaurant launching in London. This role will be heavily influenced by a Maitre'd-style service approach, with a strong presence on the floor, building guest relationships and setting the tone for world-class hospitality. As the first point of contact, you will lead the guest journey from the moment they book to the moment they leave, ensuring seamless service, a warm welcome, and unforgettable experiences. You'll play a key role in training and guiding the host team and supporting the wider management in establishing this opening as one of London's top dining destinations .
