As an Administrative Assistant in a thriving bustling Technology environment, you'll operate at the centre of the department, coordinating with employees and the outside world. You'll help keep people organised and focused across multiple dynamic environments. Your work will present constantly evolving opportunities, from assisting senior executives to greeting and guiding new employees and visitors. You'll become a trusted source of support your colleagues will rely on. My client is looking for an innovative and dedicated Administrative Assistant to support a rapidly growing engineering and management team. This role is for a highly organised, self motivated, resourceful individual able to handle multiple tasks, and excel in a high-energy environment.Description- First point of contact for assigned teams for administrative support and connection to relevant contact person/department as appropriate- Responsible for ordering and coordinating equipment for assigned teams in accordance with policies and processes- Work closely in partnership with site based teams to ensure smooth day to day functioning- Provide support and organisation of team events for assigned teams- Coordinating new hires for assigned teams (equipment ordering, internal alignment with hiring managers, Day1 on-site on-boarding process)- Oversee site access management for the various locations, and assist visitors with access requests- Facilitate travel arrangements for large groups- Supporting logistics for large group meetings and vendor meetings- Support visiting Executives, with responsibility for logistics and organisation in coordination with stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsExperience supporting senior level management and multiple teamsAbility to maintain consistent attention to detail, whilst independently managing and prioritising your time in a fast-paced atmosphere where there are often impromptu requestsPossess strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to exercise tact, discretion and initiative to efficiently meet the needs of all groups within the teamTeam player with a friendly, can-do attitudeProficient use of the MacOSCompetency with all basic Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work well independently and proactivelyPlease get in touch to find out more and/or apply: (see below) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT(Big Tech, Enterprise, Consumer Products)Start ASAP300 per dayInside IR3512 month contract3 days on-site (C.
