Job DescriptionLegal Administrator - AML and Financial CrimeInternational Law Firm 30-35kAn excellent opportunity has arisen to support one of the friendliest teams at a highly regarded international law firm in the client onboarding team.The TeamThe team you will join has 12 team members and include lawyers, mangers and analysts who are responsible for assessing if a new client for the firm is involved in money laundering or financial crime. They work collaboratively together and are really fun and friendly.The RoleEnsuring all documents are handled correctly is an essential part of protecting the firm against money laundering. Therefore this administrator role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Typical duties will include:Filing all correspondenceManaging engagement lettersManaging client due diligence filesAssisting with ethical walls and insider trading listsDiary and travel managementFormatting documentsUpdating the intranetAbout YouThe successful team administrator / legal administrator will likely have a law or criminology degree and 6-12 months office experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services firm..
