Job DescriptionThe Business:We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the London office. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and positive working environment, supporting leadership, and ensuring all office operations run efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all office operations, including supplies, equipment, tech, facilities, and vendor relationshipsAct as the main point of contact for building management and service providersEnsure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained office environmentOversee meeting room bookings, IT and AV setup, and visitor managementManage office budget and expense trackingOrganise and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activitiesSupport HR and onboarding processes for new joiners (e.g. desk setup, access passes, welcome packs)Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and health & safety complianceLiaise with IT and external providers to resolve tech-related issuesSupport senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks as requiredRequirementsProven experience as an Office Manager in financial services Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skills and a professional, approachable mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of health & safety and facilities management is a plus
