We are currently looking for a personable and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our consultants and play a key role in our continued success.This is a great opportunity for someone with 12 years of experience in recruitment administration who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.Working closely with a Recruitment Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing a variety of vacancies across multiple business sectorsSourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and internal databasesConducting candidate interviews and building strong relationshipsCoordinating interviews and liaising with clients and candidatesSupporting recruitment marketing and social media initiativesHandling general administration throughout the recruitment processWhat Were Looking For:12 years experience in a recruitment or administrative roleDegree educated Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA team player with excellent organisational abilitiesEnthusiastic, motivated, and eager to grow in a supportive team environmentThis is an exciting time to come on board as we expand our team.
