Job DescriptionA private investment management company based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join their small and friendly company. Note this role is fully office-based with hours of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday Friday.To be considered for this position, you must hold a degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge University, have 3 A levels grades which are grade A, and grade 7 or higher in maths GCSE.As Junior Office Manager, your duties will include:General office management ensuring the office is well maintained and presented at all timesManaging phones/printers/computersDealing with all office suppliersArranging travel for the teamManaging reception and being the first point of contact for all clients and visitorsDealing with all incoming mail, booking and preparing meeting roomsAssisting Directors with ad-hoc personal adminProviding holiday cover for the EAPlanning all team eventsOrdering office supplies from Ocado and a healthy lunch each day for the officeTo be successful in this role, you must be MS Office literate, have good attention to detail and be willing to help where needed.
