Job DescriptionBenefits AdministratorSalary: 35,000 - 40,000Contract Type: PermanentHybrid Working - 3 days a week in the Heathrow officeIntroduction to the RoleThe Benefits Administrator plays a key role in supporting employees, managers, and the HR team by overseeing benefit suppliers, processes, and queries. This position is essential in ensuring employees have access to well-managed benefit programs, helping maintain job satisfaction and retention.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a frontline HR professional, the Benefits Administrator is responsible for operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role involves managing employee benefit programs and suppliers efficiently and confidentially. The correct processing and distribution of benefits are essential for supporting employees and fostering a positive work environment.Key responsibilities include:Managing and evaluating benefit suppliersSupporting new starter enrolments and ensuring employee eligibilityCoordinating the processing of claims or requestsOverseeing invoicing and purchase order management for suppliersHandling vehicle fleet administration, queries, and requestsProviding employees with information about available benefit optionsActing as the first point of contact for employee benefits and fleet-related inquiriesQualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, candidates should have:Previous experience working with BenefitsFamiliarity with HR software (HRIS)Proficiency in MS Office
