Client Accountant

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established accountancy practice in Derbyshire for an experienced Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practice professional looking to progress within a supportive environment. The Role This is a hybrid position, with 3 days based in the office and 2 days working from home. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting services while supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients Reviewing accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance Supporting junior team members where required Assisting the Practice Manager with workflow and client delivery Maintaining strong client relationships About You Minimum of 3 years experience within an accountancy practice Confident in preparing and reviewing accounts independently Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills What's on Offer Salary: 40,000 - 42,000 (depending on experience) Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home) Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity for progression within a growing practice If you're an experienced practice accountant looking for a flexible role with genuine career development, we'd love to hear from you.
