Come join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, review, and management of payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely processing across multiple European entities. You will also collaborate closely with HR and Accounting teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency.Job RequirementsHands-on payroll experience,Advanced proficiency in Excel.Experience with payroll accounting - advantage.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation towards both internal andexternal stakeholders.Knowledge of local laws and statutory compliance requirements (UK and EU).Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) - advantage.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities.Support international payroll cycles and outsourced payroll operations across theUK and other European sites.Collaborate with HR on employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding,terminations, and time-off management.Ensure accuracy and compliance for approximately 400 employees acrossmultiple sites.Maintain compliance with income tax, social security, pension funds, and locallabour laws.Execute payroll payments through banking systems.Perform payroll accounting entries and participate in month-end closing andfinancial reconciliations.Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with best practices.Job BenefitsHiBob is a village filled with amazing people and were especially proud of that.
