Job Description~ Document Controller~ 12 Month FTC~ On Site~ LondonTRIA is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Document Controller with a background in the construction industry to join one of our leading clients on a 12 month FTC. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about accuracy and administration, and understand the unique demands of construction project documentation, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the document control system in line with project and company requirementsEnsure proper organization, classification, and archiving of construction drawings, RFIs, specifications, and reportsDistribute and retrieve controlled documents, ensuring traceability and complianceWork closely with engineers, site managers, and project stakeholders to ensure document accuracyMonitor document workflows and manage approvals and revisionsWe are looking for:Very strong background as a document controller in the construction industryExperience with Microsoft Sharepoint 2019 and onwardsExperience using ACC - Autodesk Construction CloudEffectieve communication around all areas of the businessIf this Document Controller FTC role sounds of interest, please apply for more information.
