Youll thrive on varied, complex work and be comfortable leading on high-value matters.Key attributes include:Expertise in corporate tax (M&A), restructurings, and real estate taxStrong commercial awareness and client-facing communication skillsProactive business development mindsetA collaborative team player who supports and mentors junior colleaguesComfortable working independently with direct client engagementRole OverviewYoull be part of a close-knit team offering tax advice on a wide range of transactions, including:Drafting and negotiating tax warranties and indemnities (buy/sell side)Advising on corporate reorganisations, share disposals, reinvestmentsReal estate tax matters (particularly SDLT and VAT)Drafting tax clearance requests and notes of adviceSupporting on employee share schemes and option arrangementsCollaborating with other legal teams across commercial, banking, and employment mattersYoull be trusted with autonomy and supported in helping drive the teams continued growth.
