We work with diverse, prestigious clients across a range of sectors and geographies, giving you the opportunity to constantly update and grow your skills for lifelong professional development.nnAre you looking to make an impact in Financial Services Corporate Tax Advisory as and Associate Director?nnAre you looking to grow our business as if it was your own?nnAnd are you looking for open, engaged andcollaborative teams?nnThen apply to this role today!nnRoles & ResponsibilitiesnnWe have a newly created Corporate Tax Associate Director role due to the recent success of the Financial Services Tax team.nThe predominant focus of the role is to drive our growing Banking & Asset Management corporate tax practice.nYou will help to lead our go-to-market offering across the Banking & Asset Management sector, managing our business development opportunities and have a key role in helping to drive our wider FS Tax strategy.nYou will be responsible for managing various teams across corporate tax advisory, compliance and audit of tax engagements.nManage a portfolio of high-quality work for clients and profitable outcomes for the business through use of best practices, technology and alignment with Firm policies.nBe a role-model to junior team members in our London office in the delegation and review of work as well as fostering their learning and development.nnnSkills, knowledge and ExperiencennExtensive experience in leading a portfolio of corporate tax engagements in the Banking & Asset Management space across tax compliance and/or tax advisory services.nKeen interest to maintain up-to-date knowledge of broader business tax, international tax, regulatory and tax accounting areas (e.g. OECD Pillar 2 GloBE).nWillingness to take on team management and development roles within the FS Tax team.nBroadexperienceof managing financials onclient engagements, setting timetables, delivering on budgets andnegotiatingfeeswithclients.nExperienceofidentifyingopportunitiesforbusinessdevelopmentacross FS Tax and other servicelines.nnnAboutForvis MazarsnForvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network.
