Senior Audit Officer

Senior Audit Officer 35,000-50,000 Permanent South of the UK My client is a leading provider of housing solutions and in the search of an Audit Officer. The candidate must hold a full UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle as extensive daily travel is required. We are looking for someone who has: - Experience within the social housing/property industry at a Supervisory or managerial level - Experience of audit work eg. carrying out tenancy audits - Ability to work with difficult tenants and build relationships - Ability to manage small or large teams - Ability to prioritise competing demands Your daily tasks would include: - Manage the team and portfolio of accommodations to assure quality and service standards are in line with contractual and statutory obligations. - Ensure auditors audit the work of every inspection officer at least once every calendar month. - Ensure audits are conducted in line with internal quality assurance processes and guidelines. - Offer guidance and support to team of Audit Officers in their work to assure quality of accommodations are in line with contractual and statutory standards In return my client is offering the following benefits: Generous pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life cover, company phone/laptop, Health Membership as well as 35-50k depending on experience.
