Job Description CALLLING ALL Senior Project Manager / Senior Events ProducersDeliver standout creative events and campaigns across beauty, lifestyle and luxury sectors.Work closely with a multidisciplinary inhouse design and production team.Shape endtoend projects with real autonomy and variety.As a Senior Project Manager / Senior Events Producer, youll lead the creation, planning and execution of impactful events, activations and campaigns. Youll manage complex projects, collaborate with creative teams, and bring bold ideas to life. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly and manages multiple stakeholders with confidence and care. Youll work within a growing creative studio that delivers high-quality experiences for well-known consumer brands without naming them publicly.In this Senior Events Producer role, youll deliver the full lifecycle of creative events and campaigns from concept to completion. Youll scope projects, recommend budgets, guide timelines and ensure smooth production throughout. Youll brief internal designers, support the development of assets and ensure all creative materials land on time. Youll manage workflows, prepare documentation, oversee suppliers and negotiate contracts while maintaining quality and value. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and communicating updates clearly. Youll also support new business pitches, research and sourcing, and ensure projects run smoothly on site across the UK, Europe and the US.
