Job Description Funds Lawyer 6Month Fixed Term Contract (London)Elite US City Law FirmOur client, an elite US City law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Funds Lawyer with solid experience handling Luxembourgdomiciled fund structures to join the team on a 6month fixed term contract due to an increase in workload.This is an excellent opportunity to step into a highperforming, highcalibre funds practice within one of the most prestigious international law firms.The role:The successful individual will work closely with the firms marketleading funds team, taking on a broad range of responsibilities connected to the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of investment vehicles. The role will involve advising on:Investment funds (open and closedend) across asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capitalCoinvestment structures and segregated mandatesManaging a substantial portfolio of ongoing fund relationshipsRequirementsQualified lawyer with ideally 4+ PQE (England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction)Strong Credit Funds experience with solid Luxembourgdomiciled fund structures gained at a top-tier international, US or elite City firm in LondonAbility to work autonomouslyAvailability to start immediately or at short notice
