You will be supernumerary as this will enable you to run the nursery effectively from a pedagogical and business perspective. You will be responsible for leading the team of practitioners to deliver outstanding teaching following the EYFS method whilst ensuring the business model delivered is sustainable and profitable.We are looking for a Nursery Manager who has the following:Qualifications: A minimum level 3 in Early Years (Degree preferred)Knowledge & Experience:Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record or an experienced Deputy ManagerExperience of working within and implementing the EYFS statutory frameworkExperience of working in partnership with parentsHave general computer literacy and a range of IT skillsExperience of OFSTED inspections or other inspections/legal bodies and their requirements within day care on non-domestic premisesUnderstanding and knowledge of the local communityKnowledge of child development and meeting childrens needsAs part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in our care, the successful candidate is expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.To apply for this role as Nursery Manager, please click apply online and upload an updated copy of your CV.JBRP1_UKTJ
