The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink every hour consisting of BIB, PET and Glass bottling. As a site Edmontonis single source production in GB for both Bag In Box andOasis.The site employees over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering. For the right candidate there is excellent career opportunities, both within the Edmonton Plant and further afield across other GB and Pan-European locations within the CCEP network.About the role:As a Warehouse Team Lead/Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the safe, efficient and effective operation of our Edmonton Distribution operation. Leading a team on shift, youll be responsible for delivering daily operational performance while creating an engaging, inclusive and highperforming environment for your colleagues. This is a handson operational management role, requiring strong people leadership, sound decisionmaking and a proactive approach to safety, service and continuous improvement.This role operates on a 4 on 4 offrotating shift pattern, and flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.Key Responsibilites:Lead and supervise warehouse colleagues on shift, ensuring daily plans are delivered safely and efficientlyAllocate work, set clear expectations and provide direction throughout the shiftMaintain high standards of Health & Safety, food safety and housekeeping, acting immediately on any risksMonitor and manage performance against operational targets such as productivity, service and qualityAddress operational issues as they arise, making timely decisions to protect service and safetySupport colleague engagement through regular communication, feedback and visible leadership on the warehouse floorManage attendance, timekeeping and absence in line with company policiesIdentify and implement practical continuous improvement opportunities within the operationAct as a role model for company values, behaviours and ways of workingWhat we are looking for:Experience in an operational warehouse, logistics, or distribution environmentPrevious team leadership or shift supervision experience in a fastpaced operationStrong understanding of warehouse Health & Safety and safe systems of workConfident managing performance, attendance, and daytoday people mattersAbility to work to operational targets and KPIs and take corrective actionClear, confident communicator and visible, handson leader on the warehouse floorWe are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the worlds most loved drinks.We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.
