Job Description Social Value Bid EvaluatorWe're hiring to expand our award-winning Procurement Support Team as demand for our mission-led work grows across the UK. At Social Value Portal, we're helping public, private and voluntary sector partners deliver over 100bn in social valueimproving lives, places and the planet. As a Social Value Bid Evaluator, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding social value into procurement by assessing tenders through our evidence-led TOMs framework.You'll advise, guide, and collaborate with clients to ensure social value is understood, embedded, and evaluated with rigour. You'll also support internal teams and contribute to improving how social value is delivered across the UK-and beyond.The Role:Evaluate Social Value content in public sector bids using our TOMs frameworkSupport and train clients embedding Social Value into their tendersProvide expert evaluation insight, training and internal moderationWork cross-functionally to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvementWhat You'll Bring:2+ years of public sector procurement or commissioning experience (essential)Proven experience in evaluating tenders across procurement routes (essential)Sound knowledge of UK procurement regulations (essential)Excellent communication, analytical and structured reporting skillsComfortable working with data and digital tools, including MS OfficeDesirable:Experience with Salesforce or procurement platforms like ProContractCIPS qualification or working towardsWhy Join Us?We don't just talk about social valuewe live it.
