Job Description A fantastic opportunity for a Associate or Associate Director MRICS Valuer to move clientside! In our latest engagement survey, over 80% of colleagues said they are proud to work here.They are seeking a Senior Analyst to take a leading role in performance analysis and valuation across a flagship central London office led portfolio. This is a high-impact position responsible for the valuation and financial performance of assets representing over 7bn of AUM. You will work closely with Asset Management, Development and Investment teams to inform strategic decision-making, optimise returns and support capital allocation across both existing holdings and new opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the review and management of the external valuation process for allocated assetsAppraise leasing transactions and asset management initiativesSupport the investment team in underwriting potential acquisitions and disposalsContribute to wider portfolio analytics and listed reporting requirementsManage the annual forecasting process for designated assetsPartner with Asset Management to prioritise initiatives and maximise valueLiaise with and report to joint venture partnersDrive efficiency improvements across analytical processes and business systemsAbout YouGraduate degree (real estate, finance or related discipline preferred)MRICS qualified with strong post-qualification experienceAdvanced proficiency in Argus EnterpriseStrong Excel modelling skillsExperience & SkillsSignificant valuation experience across multiple workspace formats, including traditional CAT A offices, fitted space and fully managed productDeep understanding of valuation metrics and financial modelling conceptsStrong knowledge of the current office market, active investors and pricing dynamicsCommercially astute with the confidence to propose solutions to complex issuesDetail-oriented with excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsCapable stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with internal teams and external partnersWhy Join?Exposure to some of the UKs most high-profile, innovation-led real estateMeaningful responsibility within a lean, high-performing organisationCollaborative culture where opinions are valued and ideas are encouragedClear opportunity to influence strategy and accelerate career progressionIf you are a commercially minded property professional looking to shape performance across landmark London assets within a forward-thinking listed business, we would welcome your application.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
