FP&A Manager - Real Estate Investment

Job Description Key responsibilities include:Owning and producing monthly, quarterly and annual performance reportingMaintaining and enhancing existing financial and operational modelsBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the platformSupporting management team and external investors in providing insightful business analysis and reportingSupporting adhoc analysis for investment, asset management and strategic initiativesWorking closely with the investment and asset management teams to ensure data accuracy and insightKey RequirementsQualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Real estate background essential (investment, asset management, development or propertyfocused fund environment)Circa 3-6 years' experience in FP&A, financial reporting or modellingVery strong spreadsheet skills (advanced Excel modelling a must)Comfortable managing and improving legacy financial modelsInterest in, or exposure to, AIenabled tools (e.
