Job Description Halliday Marx are partnering on a retained basis with an outstanding Telecommunications business to hire a Corporate Finance Manager on a permanent basis.nnHybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)nnResponsibilitiesnnntAssist in developing comprehensive financial models to forecast future financial performancentAnnual budgeting with strategic objectives and operational goalsntDevelop rolling forecasts to provide updated financial projections and identify potential risks and opportunitiesntBuild, develop and maintain appropriate financial models for cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet forecastingntConduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performancentPrepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management reportsntAnalyse financial results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior managementntDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performancentCollaborate with department heads and senior management to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insightsntParticipate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic supportntGather and analyse financial and operational data to highlight trends, opportunities, and risksntIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A function efficiency and effectivenessntLeverage financial software and business intelligence tools to streamline reporting processesnnnRequirementsnnntMinimum of 2 years post qualified in either ACA/ACCA/CIMA (Essential)ntExperience of modelling an entire business from top to bottom.
