Job Description Yacht Travel Design ExecutiveLocation: LondonA leading luxury yachting company is looking for a Yacht Travel Design Executive to join their high-performing team.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of bespoke travel design and luxury yachting, supporting the delivery of exceptional, detail-driven charter experiences for a UHNW client base.You will work closely with Charter Brokers and Expedition Designers to bring complex, highly tailored itineraries to life, ensuring every element is seamlessly executed behind the scenes.The RoleSupport the creation and delivery of bespoke yacht charters and expedition itinerariesCoordinate with crew, brokers, suppliers and local operators to ensure all operational details are accurate and alignedAnalyse itineraries to anticipate challenges, building contingency plans and logistics overviewsSupport on trip finances, ensuring all third-party payments are managed accurately and on timeAct as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers during trips, providing discreet, real-time supportEnhance the client journey through thoughtful, tailored communication and updatesWork closely with the Central Agent to ensure documentation, marketing materials and communications are consistent and up to dateAct as a bridge between yacht owners and charter clients, managing bookings, contracts and enquiries to ensure a seamless processThe IndividualHighly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressureStrong communicator, confident working with UHNW clients and global stakeholdersA natural problem solver with a proactive approachCommercially aware, with an understanding of high-value travel or yachting environmentsPassion for luxury travel, yachting and delivering exceptional experiences
