Full training and support will be given to help you help others.Shifts as follows:Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm - £12 per hour Nights & All Weekend 8pm to 8am - £12 per hourAs a Care Assistant, you would be required to: Give a high standard of support to our clients. Deliver individual support plans. Provide emotional and behavioural support. Work well as part of a team. Provide excellent care and support to residents. Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional, and spiritual. Provide support and guidance to family members. Engage in day-to-day activities and provide companionship to residents. Maintain good communication and develop effective working relationships with other team members.To be considered for the Care Assistant role you will need to have the following: 6 months paid UK care experience SVQ 2 would be an advantage but not essential.
