This well-renowned contractor specializes in commercial projects, predominantly new builds, refurbishments and renovations. Through increase in demand, and heavier workload with tendering season around the corner, they are now requiring another estimator to join their friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing site surveys of properties, handling tender, takeoffs, and enquiries and building long-lasting relationships with clients. This is an office-based role, working 9-5, Monday-Friday. This role would suit an Estimator with a construction background looking for a new challenge within a top contracting business that offers a great working atmosphere, a discretionary Christmas bonus.
