Within this opportunity you will have full end to end ownership of the Lamb business unit and its respective operations sites to drive the overall business performance of the lamb business; encompassing procurement, sales and operational sites to ensure optimal profitability, maximise performance and enhance management structures providing clear strategic direction. As theBusiness Unit Leadyou will have direct leadership of Site Directors, Commercial and Procurement to drive increased profit, efficiency in livestock procurement, decrease in costs and continuous improvement to drive growth. The role will be based either in Uxbridge or Llanidloes - requirement to travel to sites essential. Skills & Knowledge ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end leadership for the Lamb business unit, including procurement, sales, and operations across sites to drive profitability and performance. Lead Site Directors, Commercial and Procurement to improve profit, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement. Set strategic direction and ensure alignment of operations with business goals. Collaborate across functions to optimise livestock procurement and operational efficiency.
