Solicitor/Fee Earner - Conveyancing or Private ClientLocation: Either Conwy or LlandudnoSalary: DOEHours: Full TimeJob Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join either their Residential Conveyancing team or their Private Client team, depending on your experience.Key Responsibilities:Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progression of cases.Handling a full caseload of Private Client matters, wills & probate etcConducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing transfer documents.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Providing exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships.Keeping accurate and up-to-date records on case management systems.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in residential conveyancing or private client.NQ solicitors will be considered is some circumstancesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.Benefits:Opportunities for professional development and career progressionEnrolment into our Company PensionWestfield Health Cash Plan SchemeAccess to Everymind Wellbeing subscription and Mental Health First Aiders JBRP1_UKTJ
