Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionJob Title: EPI Maintenance TechnicianSalary: 50,719 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)Working Hours: Continental 4 on 4 off rotational days and nightsKey Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure minimal downtimeComplete preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliabilityAccurately document all repairs and maintenance activities in the appropriate logbooks and reportsEfficiently manage spare parts to prevent wastage and ensure availabilitySupport and supervise apprentices and trainees to ensure high-quality work standardsCollaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to address issues and identify improvementsAssist with equipment modifications and improvement projectsEnsure machine checks and calibrations are completed to specificationFollow work instructions, maintenance operating procedures (MOPs), and safety protocolsPromote and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement activitiesProactively maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all Health & Safety regulationsSkills & Experience Required:Recognised Electrical qualification is essentialStrong technical understanding of maintenance processesEffective problem-solving skillsHigh levels of motivation, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressureBasic computer literacyAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamAdditional Information:This role requires flexibility to work rotational day and night shifts as part of a continental 4 on 4 off pattern. Occasional additional duties may be assigned in line with operational requirements.
