This is a key role within a L500-ranked practice that has long-standing relationships with a diverse client base, including landowners, estates, rural businesses and developers.The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of Rural Property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, agricultural tenancies, estate management and renewable energy matters. You will be trusted to manage a high-quality, varied caseload, while also contributing to client relationships, internal collaboration, and business development.This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with Rural experience or a Commercial Property background looking to build specialist expertise in a highly valued area of practice.If you have a genuine interest in the Rural sector and are seeking a role where you can develop long-term client relationships, this position offers the platform and support to do just that.The team is friendly, collaborative and known for its practical and commercial approach.
