About the Company is our new B2B platform, helping companies upskill their workforce through Business English. We connect global organisations with elite coaches, supported by tech, data, and a proven teacher network. We’ve been in the industry for 5+ years, built a network of 50,000+ teachers, and run a successful training & recruitment agency. With TeacherTee Corporate, we’re now positioned to capture a major slice of the $40B+ Business English industry (growing at 8.8% CAGR).About the RoleWe’re looking for a Director of Business Development to design, own, and scale our B2B growth engine for . You’ll take full responsibility for building the sales process, landing corporate clients, and laying the foundation for a BD team under you. This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and upside.ResponsibilitiesLead the full B2B sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close → onboard.Design and execute a repeatable outbound sales strategy.Land corporate contracts worth €10K–€50K+ ARR.Set up CRM, outreach tools, and reporting processes.Deliver measurable wins within the first 90 days (signed clients).Report directly to the founder on revenue growth.Build and manage a BD team as traction grows.Qualifications5+ years in B2B sales / business development (SaaS, EdTech, HR tech ideal).Track record closing €10K+ ARR deals.Strong commercial acumen: ICP definition, messaging, positioning.Experience setting up sales infrastructure and reporting.Leadership mindset — ability to grow and coach a team.Entrepreneurial drive — you want equity and ownership, not just salary.Required Skills5+ years in B2B sales / business development (SaaS, EdTech, HR tech ideal).Track record closing €10K+ ARR deals.Strong commercial acumen: ICP definition, messaging, positioning.Experience setting up sales infrastructure and reporting.Leadership mindset — ability to grow and coach a team.Entrepreneurial drive — you want equity and ownership, not just salary.Preferred SkillsExperience in a high-growth startup environment.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.Pay range and compensation package£1,000/month base.25% uncapped commission on all ARR closed.Up to 5% milestone-based equity in TeacherTee Corporate (not the wider TeacherTee group):1% at €100K ARR2% at €500K ARR5% at €1M ARR + first BD team hireEqual Opportunity StatementThis is a high-ownership, high-upside leadership role for someone who wants to build and run the sales engine of — a platform uniquely positioned to dominate a booming global industry.
