This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take on high-profile projects, develop strong client relationships, and progress into senior management.The RoleThe successful candidate will:Lead professional and project instructions across commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and education sectors.Undertake building surveys including condition, measured, defect diagnosis, and planned maintenance.Deliver Contract Administration and Project Management services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and client needs.Provide technical input on façade remediation, fire safety, and insurance reinstatement projects.Manage financial performance, oversee project delivery, and support business development.Mentor and supervise junior surveyors within the team. About YouWe are looking for:MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with a minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in private consultancy.A strong technical background in Building Surveying and Project Management.Commercial awareness and excellent client-facing skills.Ambition to progress into senior leadership roles with pathways to associate director.Full UK driving licence and access to transport preferable. What’s on OfferCompetitive salary package - £54k - £59k with 4k car allowance33 days annual leaveLeading employers pension contribution scheme.Excellent CPD and clear career progression opportunities to associate director.Employee-owned trust bonus structure paid 2x a year This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established SME consultancy with a strong pipeline of diverse projects, where you’ll be empowered to make a real impact and take your career to the next level as part of an employee-owned trust!
