PLEASE READ: General Manager | Large Trophy Asset | London, 300,000 sq ft. £80,000 - £85,000 + Benefits and Opportunities Boden Group is partnering with a prestigious client to appoint an experienced General Manager to lead operations across a high-profile commercial development in Central London.What you’ll be doing:Overseeing day-to-day building operations, staff performance and service deliveryDriving tenant engagement and chairing regular building meetingsPromoting a collaborative team culture among internal staff and contractorsActing as the Responsible Person for health and safety across the siteLeading contractor strategy, negotiations and service level managementManaging service charge budgets, financial reporting and building complianceSupporting leasing, asset management and wider operational initiativesWhat we’re looking for:Proven leadership in managing complex commercial buildingsClear communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skillsExcellent understanding of health 'safety and building systemsCommercial awareness and budget control expertiseAbility to lead with integrity, especially in fast-paced and high-pressure environmentsSomeone who has managed at least 200,000sqft within a single asset.This role offers the chance to take full ownership of a flagship property, working alongside a high-performing team with support from senior management.
