Benefits:4-day working week - great work/life balanceExcellent CPD opportunities & opportunities for progressionRewards and incentives including annual bonusesChristmas closure from 23rd December to 2nd JanuaryAdditional paid days holiday for your BirthdayStaff discountSupportive and friendly teamGood public transport linksCompany Overview: Are you looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to work in a unique, creative and innovative Early Years setting?We are seeking an experienced, level 3 qualified practitioner to be part of an amazing team at a fantastic bilingual nursery providinghigh quality childcare and Early Years education, located in the vibrantcoastal town ofFormby.Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Nursery Practitioner: Support the daily routine of the nurseryBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and staffWork in partnership with parents/carers and childrens familiesBe an effective key personEnsure that children are kept safe and that all legislation in relation Health & Safety and Safeguarding is complied withEnsure all children benefit from diverse and enriching play experiencesAssist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activitiesObserve, support and extend each childs learning and development and maintain the relevant paperworkMaintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for the childrenEssential Skills and Experience Required for our Nursery Practitioner:An Ofsted recognised Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification Experience of working with children in a nursery or childcare settingA genuine passion for working with children and supporting their developmentAbility to engage and inspire children through creative and stimulating activitiesAbility to work as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsPaediatric FirstSafeguardingDBSSchedule: 35 hours across 4 days per week or 40 hours across 4.5 days per week. Part-time hours considered and may consider a good Level 2 qualified practitioner who would like to gain their Level 3 qualification.
