They offer a friendly, down-to-earth culture, with long-standing employees, great staff retention, and structured development.The Role:As Warehouse Manager, you will have full oversight of warehouse operations - ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.You’ll also lead and develop a small warehouse team, driving performance and high standards, while ensuring all health 'safety procedures are followed.Key Responsibilities Include:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatchMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checksManage and develop warehouse staff, including recruitment and trainingEnsure timely, accurate order fulfilment to meet customer expectationsCoordinate transport and logistics with suppliers and carriersLead on warehouse safety, cleanliness, and complianceContinuously seek ways to improve processes and systemsAbout You:Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory roleExperience within construction materials / manufacturing sectors is a plusExperience with inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS)Strong knowledge of health 'safety best practicesThe Benefits:Up to 10% Annual Bonus (after 6-month probation)7.5 Hour Working Day with flexible shift patterns for great work/life balance25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysBUPA Healthcare (after 6 months)Smart/Casual Dress Code, Dress Down FridaysPurpose-built offices and warehouse space, with a strong team cultureDoes this sound like your next career move?
