With more than 140 years of engineering heritage and a strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement, we are proud to set the standard in our industry.About the RoleWe are seeking a Dutch Speaking, European Services Administrator to join our European Services team.This role exists to provide administrative and operational support to the European Services function, ensuring accurate data capture, timely processing of service documentation, and effective coordination across internal teams.You will be responsible for supporting service operations through maintaining data integrity, assisting with invoicing processes, and ensuring clear communication between engineers, coordinators and Finance stakeholders.This opportunity would suit a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail, looking to develop within a global engineering and services environment.What You’ll Be DoingMaintaining accurate records of engineer and subcontractor timesheets, service reports and job activitiesSupporting the tracking of labour hours, travel time and expensesEnsing service documentation is complete, structured and stored correctlyMonitoring submission of service reports and following up where requiredRaising service invoices in line with provided schedulesSupporting validation of invoice data (timesheets, expenses, parts)Assisting with resolving discrepancies in invoicing dataSupporting tracking of outstanding or unallocated invoicesInputting and maintaining accurate data within ERP systems and internal trackersChecking for inconsistencies or missing data and escalating where requiredSupporting basic reporting and data extraction for the wider teamAssisting in maintaining structured and organised data filesActing as a point of contact for basic queries from engineers and internal teamsSupporting coordination between Service, Finance and Sales teamsProviding basic Dutch/English support for communication where requiredEscalating issues or delays in a timely mannerFollowing defined processes and ensuring compliance with internal proceduresSupporting the wider team in maintaining operational discipline and consistencyEscalating risks relating to workload, missing data or process gaps(Responsibilities will reflect business priorities and may evolve in line with operational needs.)What We’re Looking ForEssential• Experience in an administrative or support role• Experience working with data, systems, or documentation• Basic experience with ERP or administrative systems• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking)• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills• Clear and professional communication skills• Ability to work within structured processes and manage repetitive tasks• Fluent English• Dutch language (A1/A2 minimum)Desirable• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or service environments• Experience supporting invoicing or commercial administration• Experience working across multiple countries or languagesWorking Pattern & LocationFull time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term 6 month contract (Monday to Friday).Hybrid or remote working depending on location (UK or Netherlands), with expectation of close collaboration across European teams.What We Offer• 24 days’ annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays• Festive December shutdown• An additional paid day off for your birthday• Competitive pension scheme with company contributions matched up to 5%• Company sick pay• Life assurance at 6x your annual salary• Health Shield wellbeing support and health care cash plan• Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering confidential advice and support• Bi-annual access to an independent pensions advisor• Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme• Cycle to Work scheme• Free on-site parking• Dress Down Fridays• The opportunity to work for a business with a strong commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible practicesInclusion & DiversityFacultatieve Technologies is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to thrive.
