They are seeking to appoint a motivated Conveyancing Assistant.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build a long-term career within residential property.Youll be joining a friendly and supportive team working alongside a Senior Conveyancer and a Conveyancer, and gaining hands-on experience across the full conveyancing process.About the Role;Youll provide essential administrative and case-management support to more senior fee earners.The firm will candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience working within a conveyancing department up to more senor assistants.Key Responsibilities;Opening new matters and updating internal file listsRetrieving Land Registry documentsPreparing contract packs for sale mattersRequesting redemption statementsOrdering searches for purchase transactionsApplying for Land Registry searchesPreparing files for completion, including Accounts Completion PacksDealing with pre-contract enquiries on sale filesCoordinating exchange of contractsReviewing Source of Funds documentation and Stamp Duty FormsReviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offersManaging pre-completion mortgage conditionsPreparing contract documentation for client signaturesDrafting completion statements for both sales and purchasesConducting title checks (under supervision) on purchase filesReviewing xjdpvnf replies to enquiriesProgressing both sale and purchase matters from start to finishPreparing files for final sign-off by the Conveyancer or Senior ConveyancerIn return youll receive;A competitive salary based on experienceA supportive team environmentExcellent progression opportunitiesHybrid, flexible workingThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking firm going from strength to strength.
