This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic environment where you can really make an impact.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll take ownership of day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites, supporting managers with all aspects of HR and ensuring smooth and compliant people practices throughout the group.Key Responsibilities:Acting as the main point of contact for all HR matters across the businessAdvising managers on employee relations issues including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievancesSupporting recruitment and onboarding activity across various departmentsMaintaining and updating employee records, HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment lawAssisting with policy development and continuous improvement of HR processesManaging training records and supporting development initiativesSupporting payroll processes with accurate HR dataContributing to employee engagement and well-being initiativesTravelling between local sites when requiredWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in a generalist HR role - ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environmentComfortable working in a standalone capacity and taking initiativeStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceA confident communicator who can build relationships at all levelsCIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or working towards)Driving licence and willingness to travel across sites when neededFor more information, or to apply, please contact Megan Hughes on 07714 382233 //TPBN1_UKTJ
