FM Contracts ManagerDo you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.PFI Healthcare Portfolio | North WestWe are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a multi site healthcare portfolio operating within a long term PFI environment across the North West.This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance across Hard FM services, managing engineering teams, protecting contractual performance and acting as the key interface with the LIFTCo and client stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of Hard FM services across multiple sitesEnsure 100 percent completion of PPM and reactive worksManage contractual KPIs and minimise payment mechanism deductionsAct as the regional contract subject matter expertChair client meetings and oversee compliance reportingRequirementsStrong Hard FM backgroundProven experience within a PFI or PPP contractExperience xjdpvnf managing engineering teamsSolid understanding of contractual obligations and performance managementThis is a stable, established healthcare portfolio with no business development requirement, suited to an experienced FM Contract Manager looking to take ownership of a defined region.
