TheSocial Media Executivewill play a key role in building community, boosting engagement, and shaping the voice of the brand on TikTok and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit and publish TikTok-first video content that is authentic, engaging, and on-trend.React quickly to emerging sounds, memes, and cultural moments that resonate with the brand's audience.Act as the face of the brand where relevant, with confidence on camera.Collaborate with influencers and creators to source, brief, and repurpose UGC-style content.Own the TikTok content calendar, balancing planned activity with reactive posting.Analyse performance, reporting on results and feeding insights into future activity.Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across social channels.Foster community engagement by responding to comments and developing a strong, relatable brand voice.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience managing or contributing to a TikTok account (brand, business, or personal).Strong video editing skills, ideally using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, or native TikTok tools.A deep understanding of TikTok culture, formats, and creator trends.Confident appearing on camera and/or directing others in content creation.Highly agile, able to thrive in a fast-moving, reactive environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A genuine interest in fashion, culture, and social-first storytelling.This is a fantastic opportunity for aSocial Media Executivewho is passionate about content creation and wants to shape the social presence of a growing fashion brand.
