Freelance Senior Project Manager Liverpool (North West) Liverpool (on-site 3 days per week) 1218 month Contract - Freelance / Inside IR35 450-600 per day - depending on suitability/ experience About the Role: A leading Construction and Property Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to support the delivery of a Train Station Redevelopment, working as a subcontractor to another large Consultancy and Contractor in the Infrastructure / Construction sector. This is a high-profile infrastructure scheme with significant impact on regional connectivity and urban regeneration. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee project delivery in line with NEC contract requirements Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders Ensure programme, cost, and quality objectives are achieved Manage risk, change control, and reporting processes Provide leadership and direction to ensure successful project outcomes Key Requirements: Proven experience delivering projects under NEC contracts Strong track record in rail and road infrastructure Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors Role Details: Based in the North West, with 3 days per week on site in Liverpool 12 18 month freelance contract Working as part of a multidisciplinary consultancy team55b20050-bc17-4e5d-bfce-3c406318dffc
