Were now looking for an Electrical Supervisor to take charge of electrical works across long-standing, successful domestic maintenance contracts. The Role As an Electrical Supervisor, youll provide hands-on leadership and technical expertise across social housing electrical works, including: Planned & reactive repairs and maintenance Voids, EICRs, R&M, and rewires Pre/post inspections, toolbox talks & spot checks Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and legislation Supporting, developing and motivating a team to deliver quality service What Were Looking For Professionally qualified Electrician with supervisory/management experience in domestic electrical contracts 18th Edition qualified C&G 2391 or 94/95 Testing & Inspection NVQ Level 3 Electrical Strong technical knowledge of electrical compliance & legislation Excellent client communication & team leadership skills IT literate, proactive, and confident decision-maker Whats On Offer 43,860 salary Company van + fuel card Company pension Training & career development opportunities 23 days annual leave + bank holidays Birthday off after 1 year!
