The Role Reporting to the Divisional Director, the Divisional Safety Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving a strong health and safety culture across multiple sites within the Sheet Plant Division. Working closely with site H&S leads and leadership teams, you will provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to improve safety performance, behaviours, and compliance. This role focuses on strategic leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement rather than direct operational control, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements. Key focus areas will be: Leadership and Culture Support & Guidance Improvement & Compliance Incident Management Policy & Standardisation Regulatory Awareness A valid driver's license is essential for this role as very frequent UK-wide travel and overnight stays are a requirement of the role.
