With a strong community focus and reputation for innovation, the brand continues to scale at pace while maintaining a collaborative and agile culture.The team is passionate about product, detail and delivering collections that balance performance functionality with modern design aesthetics.Role OverviewReporting into the Senior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving departmental performance through planning, analysis, range building and trading. You will operate with real accountability, influencing stock decisions, managing risk and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and margin.This is a commercially focused role in a fast-moving, product-led environment where decisions need to be data-driven and timely.Responsibilities of the Junior Merchandiser:Own weekly trading analysis and KPI reportingManage WSSI, forecasting demand, OTB and marginIdentify product level risks and opportunities, making clear recommendationsSupport range building and product selection with design and product teamsRaise purchase orders and manage critical path to ensure on-time deliveryDeliver seasonal analysis to inform future strategyKey Skills and Experience of the Junior Merchandiser:Experience in fashion or sportswear merchandising at Assistant or Junior levelStrong analytical skills with good Excel capabilityCommercially aware and confident making data-led decisionsOrganised with strong attention to detailClear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionallyPassion for product and motivated by growthSportswear or performance apparel experience is advantageous.
