Working across a variety of general construction projects, youll play a critical role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methodologies and design coordination, and be comfortable working across multiple sectors and project stages. Key Responsibilities Manage the design process from tender stage through to handover. Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure coordinated and practical designs. Drive design meetings and ensure timely release of design information. Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements, budgets, and buildability. Identify design risks and work with project teams to resolve issues early. Support planning applications, technical submissions, and value engineering exercises. Requirements
