Head of Marketing - Up to 75k Liverpool based - hybrid working We are currently partnering with a high-growth B2B services business entering a pivotal stage of scale. Marketing is established - now the focus is on turning it into a true growth engine . This is a senior role for a commercially minded marketer who wants influence, ownership and visibility. Youll sit on the management team, lead a small marketing function, and work closely with sales and leadership to drive demand, strengthen brand, and deliver measurable impact. The Role: Own and evolve the marketing strategy in line with business growth goals Represent marketing at leadership level, influencing commercial priorities Lead, coach and develop a small, ambitious marketing team Drive demand generation across digital, content, SEO, email, campaigns and events Partner closely with sales to build a joined-up funnel from awareness to conversion Oversee brand, website and content to ensure clarity and consistency Manage agencies and suppliers where required About You: Proven B2B marketing experience across strategy and hands-on delivery Strong demand generation and multi-channel campaign experience Confident influencing senior stakeholders Experience developing or managing a team Commercial, data-driven and comfortable in a growing, evolving environment Whats on Offer: Senior role with real influence as part of the leadership team Opportunity to shape marketing as a growth driver Salary up to 75,000 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Benefits include pension, life assurance, wellbeing support.
