Job DescriptionPerformance Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our Paid Social and Paid Search channels. This role is pivotal in driving new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. You will be responsible for managing budgets, optimising campaigns, and scaling performance across multiple platforms.Youll own:Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.):Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns to drive acquisition and revenueManage campaign structures, audience segmentation, creative testing, and bid strategiesCollaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ads tailored to platform requirementsAnalyse performance data and develop actionable insights to refine campaign strategiesGoogle Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, etc.):Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring strong ROAS and CAC performanceOptimise keyword targeting, ad copy, and landing pages for search and shopping campaignsLeverage audience and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates and lifetime valueExplore opportunities in YouTube ads & Demand Gen to expand brand awareness and reachPerformance Analysis & Reporting:Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing weekly and monthly updatesOwn the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and alignment with business goalsA/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continually improve performanceStrategy & Innovation:Identify and test new paid media opportunities to drive incremental growthStay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edgeWork collaboratively with the CRM and content teams to align messaging across the customer journeyYoure Naturally Like This:Detail-obsessed and quality-driven with a sharp design eye and a structured approach.Self-motivated and proactive: you take ownership and always meet deadlines.Able to balance creative flair with commercial impactCollaborative, kind, and always open to feedback or iteration.Focused on continuous improvement, always looking for ways to innovate and optimise processes.Approaches challenges with a creative problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude, always seeking innovative solutions and tackling obstacles with determination and resourcefulness.Core Competencies5+ years of experience in managing Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns, ideally for a D2C brandProven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive marketStrong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Fospha, Northbeam and other performance toolsCreative mindset with an ability to collaborate on ad concepts and test new formatsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyProactive, data-driven, and passionate about driving resultsCore BehavioursPace: Know that speed is your greatest ally.
